This is the Homepage of the Chairdinéil Ó Fiaich Heritage Centre in Cullyhanna. Cullyhanna is a village set in the hills in the southwest corner of South Armagh. It derives its name from the Gaelic - Coilleach Eanach - 'the marshy wood'. We hope the site will stimulate interest in the late Cardinal and encourage people to visit South Armagh to savour its natural beauty, meet its welcoming people, sample its music and 'craic' and unwind in its sociable and engaging atmosphere. |

![]() There is no area more scenically beautiful than South Armagh. It would be a great tragedy if it were not exploited to the full. In that aim I am here to listen and learn and to give you all the help that I can". Closing statement of the late Cardinal at the launch of the Regeneration of South Armagh (ROSA) in Mullaghbawn Community Centre, Friday 4 May 1990. |
